From the beginning, pad printing and silkscreen printing have been our mainstay here at AccuPrint Services. We proudly print everything from 4 foot long store displays to anodized metal components, and our flatbed screen printer's 2'x6' work area is perfect for the largest prints. We even use a 40" UV conveyor dryer for orders that require UV inks or additional dry time.
Our pad printing department is one of the largest in Southern California. We take pride in operating some of the most robust state-of-the-art pad printing machines available, like our two- and four-color machines for the most complex multi-color impressions. Bulk orders and the most challenging cylinders are no match for our large closed cup printer and six-up rotary stations! Contours, textured surfaces, and even prints that touch the extreme edge of parts are no problem for us.
And as always, our design team reviews your artwork at multiple points of our workflow and offer PMS color matching to make sure your parts look their best.
Our pad print division excels at reproducing small images. Past projects include everything from 3D mold injected and plastic medical components to metal parts with recessed surfaces. Even curved or cylindrical parts like bottles and knobs are matched to their ideal pad and machine.
Our silkscreen printing division is just as flexible as its sister department thanks to our highly customizable screens and processes for drying and curing inks. We regularly screen print on plastics, wood, metal surfaces, and more!
We will always work around your specialized part design. Our large screen and pad inventories allow us to cover every inch of even the most complex artwork, and we always keep your artwork and fixtures on hand in our customer library to ensure maximum consistency for all future orders.
